Waiting for the race to begin
I'm not a real fast runner as you can tell.This morning I ran in the West Bountiful Trudy Thomas 5k with Keith, Sara and Tom, Sara's dad. I began my training late and was a little worried about being able to make it. The temperature wasn't too hot and we all did pretty well. Sara and Tom finished in about 26 min. Keith finished in about 27 min. and I came in at 30 minutes. Thanks Keith and Sara for encouraging me. They drew for prizes and I won a gift cert. for $250. off any package at the American Laser Center, which made me laugh. And Keith won a round of golf.

Woo Hoo, Good job Sis. you encourage me to get my running going again, American Laser Center?? Lame!! how about just 250 cash? Karin's hubby Todd is in the process of riding his bike to Jackson Hole today, he started in Logan, I think I would rather do a 5k.
Way to go! 30 minutes is great time! I need to get back into shape so I can start running again!
